Poultry and Game Birds
Breedove Farms offers a variety of poultry species and game bird species they are as follows:
Our farm currently operates a hatchery, brooding and finishing services. We offer egg production, chick production, meat production or juvenile birds. Species availability is determined by current season. We provide egg production year around. Chick and juvenile production are based on current orders placed. Meat production is based on current order placed as well. All poultry feeds are locally grown and purchased and organic wormers are used primarily.
Purchasing
Eggs range from $2.00 - $4.00 per dozen dependent on species.
Poultry/game bird chick range from $2.00 - $6.00 per chick
Poultry/game bird juveniles range from $4.00 - $20.00 per bird
Poultry/game bird meat pricing per pound
There is a 50%, deposit for all poultry/game bird purchases. Once deposit is made a slaughter date will be arranged as well as a pick-up date. A poultry cut list will be provided once deposit is made. Once hanging weight has been determine by the processing facility, the complete cut list must be provided within 2 days. Breedlove Farms can either incorporate all processing costs or allow the purchaser to pay processing costs. 100% of payment is required at the same time of poultry cut list submittal. It is also the full responsibility of the purchaser to pick-up package product form the processing facility at schedule date. Please contact us for stock availability and scheduling.
